West Virginia residents can register to vote online, by mail, or in person. The state does not offer same-day voter registration, so you must register before the deadline.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Be a resident of West Virginia.
- Be at least 18 years old by Election Day (you can pre-register at 17, but must be 18 to vote).
- Not be convicted of a felony or an election-related crime, unless your voting rights have been restored.
- Not have been judged mentally incompetent by a court.

- By Mail:
