How to Register to Vote in Utah

Utah residents can register to vote online, by mail, or in person. The state offers same-day voter registration with provisional ballots, allowing you to register at the polls if you miss the deadline.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Be a resident of Utah for at least 30 days before the election.
  • Be at least 18 years old by Election Day (you can pre-register at 16, but must be 18 to vote).
