How to Register to Vote in Hawaii

Hawaii residents can register to vote online, by mail, or in person. Hawaii also offers same-day voter registration at polling places and voter service centers.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Be a resident of Hawaii.
  • Be at least 18 years old by Election Day.
  • Not be incarcerated for a felony conviction (voting rights are restored upon release).
