How to Register to Vote in Delaware

Delaware residents can register to vote online, by mail, or in person. The state also offers same-day voter registration for specific elections.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Be a resident of Delaware.
  • Be at least 18 years old by Election Day.
  • Not be convicted of a felony without having voting rights restored.
  • Not have been declared mentally incompetent by a court.
